An introduction to the filter materials

1. The primary nylon filter

※  Blocking the large and the suspended dust particles generally visible to the naked eyes.

 

2. The activated carbon filter

※  Filtering the larger and the polluted particles, protecting the HEPA filter and prolonging the service life of HEPA.
Having an excellent adsorptive capacity for the gas compounds and a strong effect of deodorization and peculiar smell.

 

3. 99.97% HEPA Filter (or 95% ASHARE Filter)

※  HEPA is short for High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter.
HEPA interwoven by the irregular, tight, and special glass fiber possesses the ability to capture a large scale of the airborne particles with its multi-fold structure.
The filtering by means of HEPA is the most efficient way being used in the medical and laboratory environments at present.
According to the DOP test method, FUJIAIRE99.97% HEPA, has the ability to capture up to 99.7 percent for tiny particulates of 0.3 microns and has 100% of cleaning effect for the particulates of more than 0.3 microns. Incidentally, average size of mites is 10-300 microns and bacteria, 0.2 to 2.0 microns

 

4. Photocatalyst and UV lamp

※  Using 254nm wavelength of UV lamp light to directly kill bacteria; and its antibacterial and bactericidal effect reaches to 90%.
Collocating with the optical glass lamp coated with an outer film of titanium dioxide, it produces hydroxyl radicals to oxidize the organic matters and restore the inorganic substances. It can efficiently remove peculiar smell; and its waste decomposition effect reaches to 25%.
